Customers wanting to purchase puppies with a tail on please be advised of the following.
- Puppy must be prepaid in full.
- We will only accept the max amount for that puppy’s coat color/eye color combination as payment.
- Any difference will be refunded to customer on pick up. Example: a tri-colored puppy will be priced as blue eyed. If its eyes do not turn out to be blue, the difference will be refunded to the customer.
- We cannot guarantee eye color.
- We select the puppy for you based on pictures and/or description you have supplied.
- We dock soon after birth to eliminate as much pain as possible for the puppy.
- On occasions a selected puppy does not survive. The money put down on it will be forwarded to the next available litter that has a puppy meeting your description
- Please let us know if you want the dew claws left on as well as the tail.
